Our Team

Blake S. Walker

CEO and Managing Partner

Blake S. Walker is the CEO and Managing Partner of Arcis Equity Partners. He has been involved in all phases of the firm’s strategy and development since its founding in March 2013. In addition to his responsibilities at Arcis, Mr. Walker also serves as Chairman and CEO of both Arcis Golf and Arcis Hospitality. Prior to founding Arcis, Mr. Walker served in an executive capacity with several global private equity and leisure firms making leveraged investments in under-performing, mismanaged and under-capitalized situations. Mr. Walker holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and currently serves as an advisory Board member at the SMU Cox School of Business. He is also a Board member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Andrew R. Crosson

Executive Vice President

Andrew R. Crosson is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions. In this capacity, he focuses on sourcing and negotiating acquisition, 3rd party management and lease opportunities. Prior to joining Arcis, Mr. Crosson spent 25 years as a Founding Partner and Executive Vice President at several notable golf investment firms, completing more than $700 million of investments. Mr. Crosson holds a B.S. from the University of Utah.

David H. Lampe

Vice President

David H. Lampe is the Vice President of Acquisitions at Arcis Equity Partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for underwriting potential debt and equity investments, asset management, and deal sourcing. Prior to joining Arcis, Mr. Lampe was a Vice President with several large golf and leisure organizations specializing in underwriting new acquisition opportunities and capital projects. Mr. Lampe holds a B.B.A. and a B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Richard A. Thompson

Senior Portfolio Manager

Richard A. Thompson is the Senior Portfolio Manager at Arcis Equity Partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the performance and financial reporting of assets held in the portfolio. Prior to joining Arcis, Mr. Thompson spent nearly 20 years in various finance and accounting roles across the golf, leisure, and public accounting industries specializing in financial reporting and analysis, corporate controllership, and audit. Mr. Thompson holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a registered CPA.
